Best nbn® Plans Quiz FAQs
The Best nbn® Plans Quiz is a free tool from Ezi Broadband that matches you with the right nbn® speed tier based on how your household actually uses the internet. Rather than guessing between download speeds and plan names, you answer 6 quick questions about your streaming, gaming, and browsing habits, and we recommend a personality profile and matching plan. It takes less than 2 minutes and removes the guesswork from choosing an nbn® plan.
The quiz asks 6 short questions about your household size, number of connected devices, and how you typically use the internet, whether that's light browsing, streaming, gaming, or working from home. Based on your answers, we match you with one of six internet personality types and recommend the nbn® plan best suited to your usage. You can then view pricing and check availability at your address in a couple of clicks.
If you work from home, a faster nbn® plan is generally worth considering, particularly if you're on frequent video calls, uploading large files, or using cloud based tools throughout the day. Our quiz identifies home workers as the Hustler personality type and typically recommends a plan with strong upload speeds alongside fast downloads, so video calls stay clear and file transfers don't slow you down.
A household of 4 with multiple devices, streaming services, and online gaming generally needs an nbn® plan in the 100 to 750Mbps range to avoid slowdowns during peak usage. The quiz accounts for household size and typical usage patterns to recommend a suitable tier, often matching larger families with our Family Hub personality type. This helps ensure everyone can stream, browse, and game at the same time without buffering.
Yes, all Ezi Broadband nbn® plans are contract free, so if your recommended plan doesn't end up matching your household's needs, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time with no exit fees. The quiz is designed to give you a strong starting point and should only be used as a general guide. You always have the flexibility to adjust as your usage changes.
Yes, the Best nbn® Plans Quiz is completely free to use and there's no obligation to sign up afterward. You'll get a personalised plan recommendation based on your answers, along with the option to check availability and pricing at your specific address before making any commitment.
