Very good service and quality so far, no complaints! 10/10

Signing up with Ezi Broadband was absolutely hassle free. The modem was delivered prompty, prior to the plan starting. On the day the plan started, the handover was seamless. The connection with the old provider stopped working, and the connection with Ezi Broadband started working immediately. I often wish everything worked in the same fashion. The other reason we picked Ezi Broadband was the fact that the customer service is based in Australia. We definitely recommend. The only suggestion we have is to offer a best basic modem as the wireless 5G connection offered by the current one is somehow weak.

Great service. Was hesitant when I first signed up as it's a smaller company and I hadn't heard anything about it, but haven't had any issues. I especially like the good value plans and the 100% onshore support!
