We move across from Optus, and chose Ezi Broadband because of the reviews and the fact that the customer service is based in Australia. The change was absolutely painless. I had already set up the modem next to the old Optus one, and once the Optus connection stopped working, all I had to do was to disconnect the ethernet cable behind it and connect it to the Ezi Broadband modem. Everything worked immediately, no need to get in touch with anyone to seek assistance, which is absolutely excellent.

I switched over to Ezi about 3 months ago and have had a great experience so far. The plans were affordable, and internet has been fast and reliable, with no issues at all! Definitely happy i made the switch.
